An account stores your email, name, company profile, logo, labor rates, and the bids you save. Scopira uses that information to sign you in and to print your proposals.

A free try stays in this browser until you verify your email to see the price. It is not sent to a Scopira account unless you later save it while signed in.

Website quote requests

If you ask for a quote on a cleaning company’s website, Scopira stores what you typed: the kind of place, the size, how often you want cleaning, the address, your name, email, phone, and any note. It also stores the time it was sent and the internet address of the device, so the company can tell a real request from junk.

That request is saved only on that company’s Scopira account. Other companies cannot open it. To ask for it to be deleted, email scopirasupport@gmail.com.

Walkthrough and crew photos

A photo or short walkthrough video is used only to suggest the condition of the place and the rooms. Before it leaves the browser, Scopira redraws the picture. That redraw drops the camera’s location and the other hidden details stored in the file.

Scopira does not save the photo or video on the account. The picture is not kept after the suggestion comes back. If you choose to use the suggestion, only those counts are saved with the bid.

Electronic signatures

When a client signs a proposal, Scopira keeps the name they typed, the time, their IP address, and the signed PDF as the record of that agreement. The PDF is emailed to the client and the cleaning company, and the signature stays on that bid.

Stripe processes subscription payments. Scopira does not store your card number. Sign-in with Google or X shares the basic profile those services return, such as your name and email.

A proposal link you copy can be opened by anyone who has the link. It shows the quote you chose to share and your company name, phone, and logo. It does not show your other bids.

Microsoft Clarity records how the site is used, including pages visited, clicks, and general location. That recording is used to fix the product. It is not sold.

The site host may load https://grok.com/grok-app-builder/extensions.js. That script powers the in-browser preview and the “Created with Grok” mark. It is not part of Scopira’s own code, and Scopira does not use it to read bids or account data. Microsoft Clarity, listed above, is the only analytics script Scopira adds.

Scopira does not sell your bids or your client list. To ask for a copy of your account data, or to ask for it to be deleted, email scopirasupport@gmail.com.
